Securely upload from your computer
- Login to you client portal. The link is available from our web site
- Navigate to Files
- Select Add a File button.
- Select all the files you need to upload.
We will receive a notification and we will organize your files in the correct folder.
Securely Scan from your phone
- Install the Canopy Client Portal app on your phone (IOS or Android)
- Login to the app and navigate to Files, select Add a File and Scan with camera.
- Scan all pages for a single document
- Save the scan with a name describing the document
- Repeat for all your documents
How to Complete a Document Request
When you’re done uploading your tax documents, mark it as Complete to let us know your file is ready to prepare.
